NORTHERN VALLEY FERTILIZER (NVF), a liquid fertilizer distribution company, is an area leader in the distribution of high quality liquid starter and foliar applied fertilizer. NORTHERN VALLEY FERTILIZER distributes a wide variety of true solution fertilizers.
The first NORTHERN VALLEY FERTILIZER liquid fertilizer distributorship in the Red River Valley was founded in the fall of 1987 by Tom Walski. Its primary focus was to sell Nachurs liquid fertilizer products. Distribution plants were opened in Minto, ND, Hillsboro, ND and Fertile, MN in the same year. NORTHERN VALLEY FERTILIZER sold Nachurs mainly in the Red River Valley but expanded throughout the region and now sells to growers in Northern Minnesota and Eastern and Central North Dakota. In 2004, NVF purchased another storage plant in Ardoch, ND, which is now the main plant of the company.
In 2007, Mike Lind and Tom Gowan purchased the company from Tom Walski. They continue to sell Nachurs fertilizer as well as other true solution fertilizers and trace elements under the company name of “NORTHERN VALLEY FERTILIZER”. They pride themselves on customer service & selling a high-quality, consistent product with proven results.
